How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (May-September). Popular dates can book up quickly, so the earlier the better!

Do you offer a site visit before the wedding?

Yes! We offer a free venue visit for all Premium and Luxury packages. For Essential packages, we can arrange a visit for a small fee. This helps us plan the perfect setup for your space.

What happens if there is a power cut?

All our LED uplighters are battery-powered and can run for up to 12 hours without mains power. For fairy lights and other mains-powered equipment, we carry backup extension leads and can adapt quickly.

Is your equipment PAT tested?

Absolutely! All our equipment is PAT tested annually and we carry full public liability insurance. Safety is our top priority. We can provide certificates on request.

Can I choose the colour of the uplighting?

Yes! Our LED uplighters offer over 16 million colours. We will work with you to match your exact wedding colour scheme. We can even change colours throughout the evening.

Do you set up and take down the lighting?

Yes, all our packages include full professional setup and takedown. We arrive before your event to install everything and return afterwards to collect. You do not need to worry about a thing!

We are based in Luton, Bedfordshire and cover London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, and surrounding areas. Contact us for venues further afield.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a new date. Cancellations more than 60 days before receive a 50% refund of the balance. Within 60 days, the full balance is due. We understand plans change and will always try to accommodate.

Can you work with my wedding planner or venue coordinator?

Absolutely! We regularly work alongside wedding planners, venue coordinators, and other suppliers. We are happy to coordinate directly with them to ensure everything runs smoothly.
